Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Return:

    • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-built tanks or display cases designed to your specifications.
    • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence.
  3. Return Process:

    • Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Refunds are processed for returned items that meet the eligibility criteria stated above.
    • Refunds will also be issued for items that arrive damaged or defective, provided the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Refund Process:

    • Custom orders or special builds are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, please contact us here.


Cancellations

Orders for standard products can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Custom orders or builds cannot be canceled once production has begun.


Warranty

LLS products come with a warranty that covers manufacturing defects.
